Thank you for choosing SJ Backyard. We prioritize efficient processing and safe delivery of your orders. Here's an overview of our shipping policy:

Shipping Locations:

We ship to all states within the United States. We do not ship internationally outside of the United States.

Delivery Times:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Price: Free

Shipping Costs:

We offer Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Partners:

Larger sauna equipment ships via LTL freight carrier, and you’ll be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Smaller items ship via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship outside of the United States
  • We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes

How can I track my order?

Track your order by using the tracking number and link provided in your shipment confirmation email. You may also track your order on our order tracking page.

How can I update my shipping address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please reach out to us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll amend your shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched then we're unable to change the delivery address.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 4 to 6 business days, please contact us so we can help. We'll work with our shipping courrier partners to locate your order. If the delivery address you provided is correct and the package is lost, we'll send out a replacement at no cost. However, if an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the package was delivered to the incorrect address, we're unable to send a replacement.
